Beyond Business

Community Engagement is a dynamic and much needed relational process that facilitates communication, interaction, involvement, and exchange between an organisation and a community for a range of social activities, it is a way of developing a working relationship between public bodies and community groups. Good community engagement means both groups can understand and act on the needs or issues of community experiences, helping to achieve positive change.

As part of its Community Engagement Program, SoftLabshas been servicing local communities, through various not-for-profit associations by donating funds, supporting community event sponsorships to support their organising needs, providing technology assistance and conducting workshops.

SoftLabs also aims for a collaborative effort, support and encourage participants, government and community institutions, and others to work together to advance for a common goal.

SoftLabs Community Engagement Program is transparent and trustworthy, following good practices, processes, and procedures, focusing on the outcomes and tools and tips for good practices, building supportive alliances.
