Our goal was to modernise operations, streamline processes, reduce reliance on legacy customisations, and adopt standardised, future‑ready ERP capability.

1. Successful Migration of Core Master Data
All essential master data was seamlessly migrated from Vantage 8 to Epicor Kinetic, ensuring data integrity and continuity while modernising underlying structures.
2. Redesigned Financial Structures
SoftLabs assisted the client in configuring a refreshed Chart of Accounts (COA) and aligning all GL structures to Kinetic’s enhanced financial framework for improved reporting and governance.
