Director Desk:
One more year passed by and with many ups and downs and many achievements. During last year Softlabs have taken many turns and twists to move towards better ways of working so we can provide best services to our clients. We also achieved new ventures and have successfully learnt many things on the way. All this would not have been possible with the support and wishes from our clients, customers vendors and our most talented and professional team. New Year is coming soon so I thank you all for hard-work to make this year successful. I wanted to share that this year it will be a big team and also lot of new opportunities.
I wish to receive same support from our team member for continual progress of the projects.
Happy Holidays to everyone!!!!

ITCS Update
Digital NSW Showcase
It was a great event to introduce SoftLabs to Department of customer service and other digital companies in digital NSW showcase event. We had networking session, bump in day to fix our booth and the main event day. Overall, it was a good program to get opportunities in future.

Sales Update
Our inside sales team is enthusiastically working on getting some target. We also had presentation from Director Sales-Barry. The presentation was based on the sales market and how it works on Manufacturing and Aged care. It was helpful for the team to bring some changes.

What’s New
The wettest year on record in Sydney
2022, this year have officially become the wettest year in Sydney. The new record is a total of 2199.8mm of rain. With this level of rainfall, many different problems are coming up. Here is some of the things we may need to face in 2023.
Principal research scientist at CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere Dr James Risby said La Niña should weaken by early January. This means there is a possibility that El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) will return to the neutral conditions in 2023. Australia may have a chance to be less rainy, but until then Australia still needs to prepare for another storm.
For now, it is hard to predict what will happened, because there are too many influencing factors, including the climate, terrain, distance and so on. Therefore, we can only assume different possible situations. Even though the future is too far to predict, expert assume that in this rate, the situation will be much better by July and August next year. (www.9news.com.au)
